We kept having this sewer like smell in the basement for about a month. Our insurance company called out a plumber and found no leaks. I got charged for the plumber to come out. So, I called Bubbles and told them what was going on with the smell but no leaks. Their guys came out for free, no charge to diagnose the problem. I was very impressed by this. It took their guy about 3 minutes to figure where the smell was coming from. He told me what needed to be done, and they went to work that same day. Later, I needed pictures of the damage pipes to send to my insurance company, and Richard sent them right away. Now my insurance company will reimburse me for the damaged pipes that were replaced. These guys are good and I highly recommend them. I am glad that I found our plumber. Local too...

Had a dishwasher installed and everything went smoothly. Initially, I thought Richard was going to do the work because I didn't realize that he had a crew but his crew was ON TIME and CLEAN. (Thanks Chivo) I had a few concerns before and after the install and called Richard about them, but he was honest and reassuring. There were no issues and the dishwasher runs great. Thank you!
